Service Description

This one-on-one program with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to understand your current health, wellbeing, goals, and any barriers you may be facing. From there, you'll engage in personalised sessions combining exercise, mindfulness, and cognitive behaviour change strategies to support your mental health. Each session will involve a tailored blend of exercise, mindfulness, and cognitive behaviour change programs to support common challenges like depression, anxiety, stress, and low energy - while also helping you achieve your physical health and fitness goals. You’ll explore tools to improve AOD addictions, mood, build self-awareness, enhance sleep, manage emotions, and create sustainable routines for long-term wellbeing. Grounded in evidence-based approaches, this service is ideal for anyone seeking private, holistic support for their physical and mental health.
