Online Exercise & Wellness Program

This one-on-one program with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist begins with a comprehensive initial assessment to understand your current health, wellbeing, goals, and any barriers you may be facing. From there, you’ll engage in personalised sessions combining exercise, mindfulness, and cognitive behaviour change strategies to support your mental health.

Each session is tailored to address common challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, low energy, chronic pain, and disrupted sleep - while also helping you work towards your physical health and fitness goals. You’ll explore healthy, sustainable ways to support your mental health, including practices like yoga, cryotherapy, meditation, and breathing exercises.

The program also includes an educational component that helps build self-awareness around alcohol and other drugs, addictions, and behaviour patterns - equipping you with knowledge and strategies for long-term change.

Grounded in evidence-based research, this service draws on the proven benefits of exercise and holistic practices to improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing -  supporting lasting change across all areas of life.

Online AOD Support Group

A supportive, online space for individuals ready to continue their behaviour change journey after completing drink or drug driving programs. This group builds on key discussions around alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, helping participants deepen their understanding, set meaningful goals, and apply practical strategies for lasting change. Through guided conversations, peer connection, and ongoing reflection, the program supports improved mental health, stronger relationships, and a ripple effect of positive change across all areas of life.

Making positive behaviour changes, particularly around AOD use, can open the door to clearer thinking, improved self-worth, and greater control over your choices. It’s not just about reducing use, but about gaining tools to manage stress, rebuild trust, and focus on what matters most. Over time, these changes can enhance your overall quality of life - from your health and relationships to your work, goals, and sense of identity.

Being part of a supportive group, whether one-on-one or in a shared setting, reminds us we’re not alone. Hearing from others, sharing your story, and receiving encouragement can be a powerful source of strength. With the right support, change becomes not just possible - but deeply rewarding.
